The development comprises three free-standing buildings, each about 9,000 square feet. Rankin and the three attorneys will share one building, and Rabourn’s Medical Consulting Group will be in a second building. The third building will house Massey’s dental practice once he fulfills the lease on his existing location in a couple of years.
Rabourn said he’s paying $1.4 million to construct his building. The others declined to disclose their construction costs, but all are similarly designed by Slone Architects Inc. Great River Engineering performed surveying work, and Crocker Consulting Engineers provided mechanical engineering services.
