Chase celebrates its 10-year anniversary in Springfield with a cake-cutting ceremony Jan. 16. The company, which is the consumer division of JPMorgan Chase & Co., employs 1,600 at its Springfield facility, making it the company’s largest call center and the city’s eighth-largest employer, according to SBJ research. The Springfield center handles 1.3 million calls per month.
