Chase call center hiring, hosting career events

Posted online
Chase Card Services has been quietly adding jobs at its Springfield call center since January. The hiring continues, and two events planned for April are expected to attract more talent.

More than 100 entry-level customer service positions already have been filled, according to a Chase news release, and the call center is continuing to hire for customer service adviser and sales/customer service adviser spots in the Inbound and Outbound Services and Service to Sales departments.

The company has planned two career events at its Springfield call center, 303 E. Republic Road, to offer more information and attract interested potential employees. The events are scheduled for 10 a.m. April 15, and 6 p.m. April 28.

Applications are also being accepted on the company’s Web site, careers.jpmorganchase.com.

According to previous SBJ coverage, JP Morgan Chase NA has leased the call center building through August 2027.
