Charter to pay 100% tuition for workers

Charter, the parent company of broadband provider Spectrum, is improving its tuition plan for employees.

The company plans to cover 100% of tuition costs for high school diplomas, undergraduate and associate degrees, and some certificate programs.

Currently, the program has a reimbursement limit of $10,000 per year, per employee.
