417 Magazine publisher Gary Whitaker presents a check for $37,479 to representatives of four area children’s charities – Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Ozarks, Children’s Miracle Network, Regional Girls Shelter and the Good Samaritan Boys Ranch – during the third annual Best of 417 Magazine Party.
