Project description: Developers want to land a restaurant tenant for the 10,000-square-foot first floor and retail tenants for the second floor of their brick and stone building one block west of Branson Landing, according to leasing agent Noelle Doran of Pellham Realtors. No tenants have signed yet. The lease rate is $12 to $20 per square foot, triple net.
