Chappy Mall

Delta Group LLC is acting as its own general contractor for Chappy Mall, a 20,000-square-foot shopping center. Creative Building Design is the architect. Engineers are Victor Sanches, PE, structural; Crocker Consulting Engineers Inc., mechanical; and Mesa Consulting Engineers, civil. First Community Bank of the Ozarks is the lender for the project, which has an estimated cost of $1.5 million, according to a building permit filed with the city of Branson.

The developers hope to secure a restaurant tenant for the 10,000-square-foot first floor of the brick-and-stone building, located one block west of Branson Landing. Retail tenants are expected to occupy the second floor. The lease rate, according to leasing agent Noelle Doran of Pellham Realtors, is $12 to $20 per square foot, triple net.

Chappy Mall is slated for completion March 15.
