Change.org gets $25M from big names

Change.org has raised $25 million from a group of big-name investors, including Bill Gates and Richard Branson, to help accelerate the online petition company's rapid growth.

The website aims to garner support for social causes via online petitions, such as one recent petition calling for police to wear body cameras, according to CNNMoney.

Arianna Huffington, Ashton Kutcher and the co-founders of Twitter, LinkedIn and Yahoo are among the other investors.
