Miller Engineering PC is the structural engineer and Tharp and Associates is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer. Cornerstone Construction is the general contractor for the project, which is scheduled for completion Oct. 1. The estimated cost and financing information were not disclosed.
The structure is an entry access control point for Old Kinderhook golf and living community. Its style matches that of other newly renovated facilities at Old Kinderhook.
