 Katie Baker, owner of The Gracious Plate, says she started her locally-sourced, meal-prep business at the worst possible time. Baker opened in January when there wasn’t much variety of locally produced fruits and vegetables. Learning to network with multiple farmers was challenging, but Baker says it’s the best way to get the ingredients she needs.
