Cerner Corp. President Zane Burke plans to resign on Nov. 2, the company announced.
"We thank Zane for his contributions to Cerner across more than two decades," Cerner CEO Brent Shafer said in a release. "Zane leaves the company with a strong client focus and commitment to continued innovation, partnership and sustainable growth deeply ingrained in our culture and leadership philosophy."
With Cerner since 1996, Burke was named president in 2013.
