CEO of STL public company abruptly resigns

The CEO of publicly traded St. Louis company Belden Inc. (NYSE: BDC) abruptly resigned.

The company, which supplies network infrastructure products and services, announced the resignation of Roel Vestjens as president and CEO for “personal reasons."

Ashish Chand, Belden’s executive vice president of industrial automation solutions, is succeeding Vestjens.
