Walton Construction Co. Inc. is the general contractor for the 8,000-square-foot expansion of Central States Industrial in Partnership Industrial Center. Sapp Design Associates Architects PC is the architect, and the engineers are Allstate Consultants PC, structural; and ESC Inc. Consulting Engineers, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. The project, which has an estimated cost of $700,000, is slated for completion in October.
