Project description: A four-story, 105,000-square-foot climate-controlled storage building is designed to contain 770 rental units ranging in size from 5-foot square to 10 by 30 feet. A key feature of the building designed for Centennial American Properties LLC is a fully climate-controlled drive-thru for loading and unloading to keep patrons out of the weather.
