Ambetter from Home State Health, a subsidiary of Clayton-based Centene Corp., is issuing nearly $90 million in rebates to customers.
The company reportedly violated the Medical Loss Ratio requirements of the Affordable Care Act. That is, too much was spent on administration and too little on care.
United Healthcare also announced this month that it would rebate $192.2 million nationally.
