St. Louis-based managed care company Centene Corp. entered a $13.7 million settlement with the state of New Mexico.
The company was accused of pharmacy benefit management overpayment related to Medicaid.
Centene allegedly layered fees and did not pass discounts on to Centennial Care, the state's Medicaid program, according to New Mexico Attorney General Hector Balderas' office.
