Clayton-based Centene Corp. completed its acquisition of national specialty pharmacy PANTHERx.
"Together, we will ensure patients living with complex and rare diseases get the quality care they deserve," said Centene President and CEO Michael Neidorff.
Terms of the deal were undisclosed.
