Centene CEO points to 'significant downsizing' of office space on horizon

Sarah London, CEO of St. Louis-based managed care company Centene Corp., said a "significant downsizing" of office space is on the horizon.

She specifically cited leased space amid plans to increase hybrid and remote work options.

The comments came amid an investor call discussing the company's quarterly results. Revenue for the quarter was up 24% to $37.2 billion compared with a year earlier, while net income rose 21% to $849 million.
