Celgene Corp. penned a deal to acquire Juno Therapeutics Inc. for about $9 billion.
Celgene would gain Juno's class of therapies known as CAR-T, which use the body's own immune system to battle cancer.
The acquisition is reportedly one of Celgene's largest deals ever.
