Baby products company Hello Bello has filed for bankruptcy.
The company listed assets and liabilities each of at least $100 million in the bankruptcy filing.
The Los Angeles-based company was founded by actress Kristen Bell and actor Dax Shepard, and it's backed by private equity firm VMG Partners.
