Lacey Brothers Construction is owner/developer as well as general contractor of this new strip center at the corner of Chestnut Expwy. and Cedarbrook.
The $700,000 structure encompasses 9,000 square feet with a maximum of six tenant bays. Approximately 1,500 square feet are available for each office or retail tenant.
Tim Lacey said three tenants already have signed contracts. The signed tenants are Curves For Women, Subway Sandwiches and First Venture Real Estate. Lacey said First Venture is occupying two bays, so there are two bays, or 3,000 square feet, still available.
Tim Roth of Rankin Company is the leasing agent and Burns & Associates did the architectural work.
The estimated completion date is mid-April.
Customer parking will be available in front of the center and Lacey said asphalt work is under way.
