Cedar Fair rejects SeaWorld’s takeover offer

Ohio-based amusement park operator Cedar Fair rejected SeaWorld’s takeover bid.

The offer reportedly was valued at $3.4 billion. Cedar Fair in 2019 rejected a $4 billion bid from Six Flags.

Cedar Fair owns Cedar Point, Knott’s Berry Farm and several other parks.
