Castle Rock

Kirkland Development LLC is the owner, developer and general contractor for the 100,000-square-foot Castle Rock hotel, which includes a 28,000-square-foot indoor water park. The architect and engineer for the hotel is David Wallace and Associates of Tampa, Fla., and the engineer for the water park is Northeast Aquatic Design of Peabody, Mass. The Signature Bank is the lender for Castle Rock, which has an estimated construction cost of $10 million. The facility will have 98 upscale guest rooms with room service, a 220-seat restaurant, a conference room and an additional 6,000 square-foot outdoor water park. Castle Rock is slated to open in July.
