Tri-Lakes Realtors has more than 40 sales associates and three offices, located in Branson West, Ridgedale and Shell Knob, according to a news release. Those agents are now added to the more than 180 Carol Jones agents who work among the company’s eight southwest Missouri offices.
Tri-Lakes Realtors President Rick Witeka will continue in a key role with the company, serving as general manager in the tri-lakes region, the release said.
“Tri-Lakes Realtors is a respected company with long-term ties to the community,” said Ron Peltier, chairman and CEO of HomeServices, in the release. “This transaction reinforces our commitment to expanding Carol Jones’ footprint to better serve the real estate needs of new and existing clients throughout southwest Missouri.”
Peltier spoke to the company’s agents yesterday at the CJR Conference at Big Cedar Lodge in Ridgedale, and the merger was announced during the event.
Springfield-based Carol Jones Realtors was founded in 1983 and joined the HomeServices network in 1997.
