This model home allows clients to walk through to see the finishes available in the homes offered at Kay Pointe. The sales office, located in the model home, offers eight floor plans with three elevations. Clients may select their own exterior finishes, floorcoverings, cabinetry and more. A sales manager is on site to answer questions about the homes, as well as about financing options.

Plans start in the $80,000 range and go up from there, depending on the choices made by the buyer. Also, there are usually some homes finished and available for immediate sale if the buyer does not want to customize. The average time for custom building is three to four months.
