The fund will provide support for schools to meet students’ basic needs, including hunger, health and hygiene. On hand for the presentation are: Nancy Fazzino, executive director of the Foundation for Springfield Public Schools; Pitt, a SPS Foundation Advisory Council member; Morris; and Tony Shalloup, SPS Foundation board president.
The Jolie-Pitt Foundation and Morris have agreed to contribute $3 for every dollar raised for the fund.
