Donald J. Babb, CEO and executive director of Citizens Memorial Healthcare, cuts the ribbon Aug. 24 on the Bolivar organization’s Carrie J. Babb Cancer Center. More than 1,000 people attended the daylong open house at the center, which offers medical oncology, hematology, radiation oncology, lymphedema therapy, social and support services, and a patient library. The two-story facility is a partnership with Kansas-based Central Care Cancer Center.
