Cards Against Humanity files suit against SpaceX

Party game maker Cards Against Humanity has filed a $15 million lawsuit against SpaceX.

The suit alleges SpaceX has trespassed on land Cards Against Humanity owns in Texas near the Mexico border. Cards Against Humanity bought the property in 2017 as part of a stunt to impede former President Donald Trump's southern border wall plans.

The lawsuit alleges SpaceX has “treated the property as its own,” including clearing vegetation and laying down gravel.
