The St. Louis Cardinals and development partner Cordish Cos. announced three new tenants who signed on for the second phase of Ballpark Village.
The new tenants are Sports & Social St. Louis, a bar and restaurant, Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse and retailer Baseballism. Officials say Phase II is 92% leased.
The announcement did not provide opening details. Tenants for the development's office tower moved in last week, according to the St. Louis Business Journal.
Phase II comprises a 700,000-square-foot expansion to Ballpark Village, a sports-themed district located by Busch Stadium.
