Capital One Financial Corp. is cutting borrowing limits on credit cards.
Customers have complained their limits have been slashed by up to two-thirds, impeding their ability to borrow if emergencies arise during the coronavirus pandemic.
“Capital One periodically reviews accounts based on a variety of factors and may make changes to existing credit lines,” company officials said.
