'Candy Crush' maker sets IPO pricing

Mobile game developer King Digital Entertainment PLC said it plans to offer 22.2 million shares, with an estimated price of $21 to $24 each, in its initial public offering, according to a filing Wednesday.

Fox News reports the developer of the "Candy Crush Saga" is expecting net profits of $326 million from the IPO.

King, which initially filed for the offering last month, also said it expects to have 314.9 million shares outstanding after the offering.
