New buildings were constructed at the camp for an episode of ABC’s “Extreme Makeover Home Edition.” The episode is expected to run again this spring.
Tours of the new buildings will be given, and visitors also will be able to see a newly constructed, fully-accessible tree house and the first round of cabins built as part of the camp’s “Let’s Imagine 21 New Cabins” campaign.
Camp directors and founders Paul and Cyndy Teas will meet visitors and thank them for their support during the open house, which also includes several band performances and the comedy of Springfield’s The Skinny Improv.
