Project description: A 13,500-square-foot community center in Camdenton is designed to feature a welcoming entry with a covered patio, reception area and private offices. Planned amenities include restrooms with showers and lockers, a 9,300-square-foot gym with a basketball court, sports netting and a walking track. A flexible community room and catering kitchen will support a wide range of events. Designed for connection, wellness and activity, the facility will serve as a hub for the local community, project officials say.
