Project description: This project is an addition to the six buildings already in the Cambridge Park apartment complex. The two new buildings, each 24,000 square feet, will add 48 units to the complex, making it 136 units. The new buildings will include one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments as well as studios, ranging in price from $400 to $725 monthly. Developer Sam Coryell said the first building should be ready May 1, with the second building ready for tenants by early June.
