A California woman has filed a lawsuit against Costco in which she seeks $14 million in damages.
Sadie Novotny, of Santa Rosa, California, alleges in the lawsuit that Costco is liable for injuries she sustained when a display cabinet fell on her.
The lawsuit alleges Novotny sustained a head and traumatic brain injury from the incident.
