California wildfires threaten thousands of homes

Real estate market tracking firm CoreLogic estimates more than 172,000 homes are at risk from California wildfires in the Napa and Santa Rosa metropolitan areas.

The homes would cost a combined $65 billion to reconstruct. However, according to the report, only 6 percent are at significant risk.

Throughout California, CoreLogic estimates 9.1 million homes are at some level of risk.
