California developer BR Cos. this week unveiled plans for a $250 million apartment high-rise in Kansas City.
The 25-story tower would have over 300 apartments and ground-floor retail.
While it was known that BR Cos. was pursuing an apartment tower at the southwest corner of Eighth Street and Grand Boulevard, the details of the project were not released until Wednesday.
