Ozarks Technical Community College is offering two non-credit MS-DOS computer short courses: Understanding MS-DOS, which will run 6-7:30 p.m. Mondays, March 30 through May 18; and Intermediate MS/PC DOS, which will meet 7:30-9:30 p.m. Mondays, March 30 through May 18. The Springfield-Greene County League of Women Voters and the Springfield PTA are sponsoring a public forum to better inform voters about the views of the five candidates running for the April 7 Board of Education election. The forum will be held at 7 p.m. at Hillcrest High School, 3319 N. Grant.

"Forklift Safety: Train the Trainer" will be held 8 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Holiday Inn North. This seminar will focus on the new OSHA forklift standards, 1910.178(1), which go into effect in 1998. Priority and the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce will sponsor a Business-to-Business Connection, noon-1:30 p.m. in the Bill Foster Room North of the chamber building.
