The Springfield-Greene County League of Women Voters and the Springfield PTA are sponsoring a public forum to better inform voters about the views of the five candidates running for the April 7 Board of Education election. The forum will be held at 7 p.m. at Hillcrest High School, 3319 N. Grant.
"Forklift Safety: Train the Trainer" will be held 8 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Holiday Inn North. This seminar will focus on the new OSHA forklift standards, 1910.178(1), which go into effect in 1998.
