The SMSU-Small Business Development Center will co-sponsor "How to Write a Business Plan - The Path to Success," 6-9 p.m. July 7 and 9. The fee for the six-hour class is $115 per person and $65 for the second person from the same business. To register, call Pam Pyeatt at 836-5685.

Associated Industries of Missouri will present a seminar on Year 2000 Liability Avoidance Are You Prepared? 8 a.m.-noon July 15 at the Ramada Inn. The program is designed to answer questions about the Y2K problem and help participants develop a compliance plan.
