Jonathan Dodd, AIA, NCARB, of Buxton-Kubik-Dodd Inc. Interior Design + Architecture is the architect for exterior renovations of Quinn Dental Clinic, 948 S. Jefferson, for owners Dr. Thomas Quinn and Penni Quinn. Genesis Design Group is the mechanical engineer and Mettemeyer Engineering is the structural engineer for the project, which has an estimated completion date of Sept. 20. Kindall Construction is the general contractor for the renovations, which have an estimated cost of $60,000. The Quinns said they wanted to stay in their location at the corner of Grand Street and Jefferson Avenue and felt that an exterior renovation would contribute to ongoing downtown revitalization efforts. An interior renovation will be the second phase of the project.
