Buttigieg releases $1T infrastructure plan

Democratic presidential contender Pete Buttigieg on Friday unveiled a $1 trillion infrastructure plan.

“Under my administration, local governments will finally have a partner in Washington,” Buttigieg wrote in the plan. “As a former mayor, I know that priority-based budgets made locally are better than budget-based priorities set in Washington.”

The plan calls on revitalization of U.S. transport networks, clean water supply improvements and braodband internet expansion.
