Butterfly Palace

Metro Design & Construction Inc. is the general contractor for Butterfly Palace, an interactive aviary and insectarium scheduled for completion this summer. Baron Design & Associates LLC is the architect for the 19,000-square-foot facility. Engineers are Colvin Jones Davis for mechanical, electrical and plumbing work, and Silver Hill Co. LLC for structural.

The attraction comprises a 7,000-square-foot aviary, a 3-D movie viewing area and a jungle mirror maze. Estimated construction cost and financing information are not available.
