Butterball LLC announced plans to expand two plants in northwest Arkansas to the tune of $8.7 million.
The company is spending $4.7 million on its processing plant in Ozark, Arkansas, and $4 million in Huntsville.
The decision comes shortly after the company reduced operations and eliminated 450 jobs at its plant in Carthage.
