Businesses, residents asked for input on National, Seminole project

Residents and businesses near the intersection of National Avenue and Seminole Street are invited to an open house today to give input on plans to improve that intersection.

The city of Springfield is looking to improve operations of the intersection while preserving access for businesses and residents, according to a news release.

The open house will be 4-6 p.m. in the fourth-floor classroom of St. John's Surgery Center at the northeast corner of the intersection. There will be no formal presentation; attendees can come and go anytime.
