Ozark chamber President Janis Creek reported in her regular newsletter that the two major annual fund-raisers brought in approximately $7,000. The auction, held in March, brought out several members and many people in the community. "We appreciate everyone who made donations for that event," Creek said. "Events like these are how the chamber of commerce is able to send out information packets to individuals and businesses that make inquiries about Ozark, as well as provide member services."|ret||ret||tab|
Creek also noted that the third annual Tom Arnold Golf Tournament brought out 52 golfers at the Hidden Valley Golf Links near Clever. Another tournament is planned for Rivercut Golf Club.|ret||ret||tab|
