Burning Love Cocktail

Posted online

Light a fire to evening with this flaming cocktail featuring the favorite south-of-the border spirit: tequila, of course. It’s an especially good choice in 2010, the Mexican Bicentenial year. This drink will be a real crowd pleaser whenever you serve it.

Why try? When’s the last time you set fire to one of your recipes on purpose?

Foodie Byte: For safety’s sake, always use a long-style lighter when setting this drink on fire.

Check out The Food Channel's extended recipe list in honor of September 16, 2010, the bicentennial of Mexico’s Independence Day and November 20, the centennial of the Mexican Revolution.
