Burgess House, Missouri State University

Bales Construction Co. Inc. is the general contractor for exterior renovations to Burgess House on the Missouri State University campus. Buddy Webb & Co. is the architect for the changes. New shingles have been put on the roof, and new siding has been installed on some portions of the predominantly brick house. The project includes new windows and repair, tuck-pointing and sealing for the brick, along with repainting or replacing trim. The renovations, scheduled for completion Aug. 15, have an estimated cost of $100,000.
