Burger King is launching an artificial intelligence chatbot that will be located in headsets used by employees.
Called Patty, the chatbot will assist employees with meal preparation and evaluate their interactions.
The AI chatbot will monitor for phrases such as “welcome to Burger King,” “please,” and “thank you.”
