Buildings destroyed in Ferguson riots worth millions

$4.6 million — that’s what protestors destroyed last week in Ferguson.

The St. Louis Business Journal reports 17 Ferguson businesses saw their buildings damaged so badly they are currently deemed "unsafe structures," according to a list provided by the city manager's office. Nearby Dellwood had eight buildings that burned completely.

In Ferguson alone, another 37 buildings sustained damage through vandalism.

Notable names include a Little Caesars Pizza, McDonald’s, Family Dollar, Walgreens, AutoZone, O’Reilly Auto Parts and Conoco Gas Station.
