Buffalo Bills sell for more than $1B

Pro football team the Buffalo Bills have sold for what appears to be a record price.

Terry and Kim Pegula, owners of hockey's Buffalo Sabres, are paying at least $1.1 billion for thea team. That matches the record price paid for the NFL's Miami Dolphins in 2008, according to CNNMoney.

The Bills were put up for sale earlier this year after the death of the team's original owner, Ralph Wilson.
